Create a New Document

To create a new document as part of a workspace Burrokeet provides a wizard for assistance. To invoke the wizard you can do one of two things, create a new document in a defined location in your Content Package, or create a new document as a resource for use within your project.

Create a New Document in a Workspace

A new document that is created as part of a workspace is not automatically inserted into any Content Packages. However, it will be made avaliable as a resource to all Content Packages within that workspace.

To start the wizard simply right click in the Navigator view and select "New | Document".

Follow along in the wizard and when you have completed it your new document will be created in the location you instructed it to do so.

Create a New Document in a Content Package

A new document that is created as part of an existing Content Package will automatically be placed in the Content Package and made available to other Content Packages in the workspace.

To invoke the wizard in this mode right click on the organisation element that you want to insert the document into and select "New Document"..
